· Delivery Address: The final destination of the shipment as specified by the Customer.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICE
3.1 The Company provides international courier services, including pickup, transportation, and delivery (dependent on the discretion of company).
3.2 Service availability may vary depending on geographic locations and regulatory requirements.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse any shipment and delivery at its discretion.
4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
4.1 The Customer must provide accurate details, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact information.
4.2 The Customer must ensure that shipments are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4.3 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipment complies with all applicable laws and does not contain prohibited items.
5. PROHIBITED ITEMS
5.1 The following items are not accepted for transportation:
· Hazardous materials and explosives.
· Perishable goods without proper handling instructions.
· Currency, precious metals, and valuable documents (unless declared and insured).
· Illicit substances, firearms, and other illegal goods.
5.2 If a prohibited item is discovered, the Company may refuse or dispose of the shipment without liability.
6. CHARGES AND PAYMENT TERMS
6.1 Shipping rates are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.
6.2 Customers must pay shipping fees before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Any additional charges, including customs duties and taxes, are the Customer’s responsibility.

7. DELIVERY TERMS

7.3 If the recipient is unavailable, the Company may attempt redelivery, charge for storage and after 15days the item will be discarded.
